This connector incorporated double shut-off capabilities which provides an added level of security when installing on Natural Gas pipe trains in enclosed areas. It incorporates a ball valve design with added the security of positive shut-off when the male interface connector is unplugged from the unit. When properly installed, this device provides a high level of security for leak test connections yet allows a convenient means of attaching to the pipe train to perform leak testing.
